Pacific Brewing proudly presents Tonga's first and only craft brewery since 2017. Enticed by capturing the freshest tropical rain from great polynesian storms sent by the gods blessing Tonga, the idea was struck after defining the water as "god sent" and as the freshest anywhere to be found on the planet due to the fact Tonga lies so far from any polluted city or country. It is this rain/water that is the basis of Pacific Brewing's range of ales, lager, stout, cider and even bourbon and rum. An array of selected spices, fruits, berries and flavours with a gentle tropical twist have been brilliantly exposed due to the crisp freshness of `the "god sent" Tongan water.
